Content Removal

Gayvi.com will consider requests to remove or disable access to material in the following cases.

Copyright. If you are the copyright owner, follow the DMCA procedure on the DMCA page. A complete 17 U.S.C. § 512 notice is required.

Performer or personal request. If you appear in a title and want it reviewed, use the Contact form. Include the public URL (/v/...), your relationship to the title, and any supporting identification. We may require a statement under penalty of perjury. We do not accept card numbers in removal requests.

Unlawful material. If you believe material is unlawful (including any depiction of a minor), write immediately through Contact with the URL. We will remove access pending review and, where required, report to the appropriate authorities. Gayvi.com has a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse material.

Chargeback or fraud. Removal of streaming access following a chargeback is not a content-removal request; access may be revoked when a sale is reversed.

We may decline requests that are incomplete, abusive, or not supported by the facts. This page does not create a contractual right of deletion beyond applicable law.
