Part 75 with respect to content produced by others. The original records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 for those depictions are kept by the Custodian of Records of the primary producer of each title.

Certification: All models, actors, actresses, and other persons who appear in any visual depiction of actual sexually explicit conduct appearing or otherwise contained in or at this Website were over the age of eighteen (18) years at the time of the creation of such depictions.

Custodian of Records: Requests to inspect records, where the Website is required to maintain them, may be directed to the Custodian of Records identified on the Company page. Inspection is by appointment during regular business hours as provided by 28 C.F.R. § 75.4.

Titles are not published on Gayvi.com until a 2257 documentation file for that title has been received and stored. Those files are held for administration and audit only. They are not placed on the public content delivery network.
